Q: What is the deadline for placing orders?
A: We aopreciate orders being placed by the 30th of each month for the following month.  We find that the families that do this have less trouble with forgetting to order and their children not have lunches. The advanced notice helps us know what to purchase/prepare each week.  By knowing the numbers for each week, we can cook what is needed and not waste any items - which in turn saves you money.  However, we understand that sometimes you just don't have time to get to the store or make that lunch - lunch can be ordered for the same day until 7:30am.

Q: What is the price for each meal?
A:  Students in grades Pre-K through 8 lunches are $4.00 for the 2016-2017 school year.  Serving sizes will be the same for all students.  Extra servings can be purchased using the a la carte menu items.  Faculty and Staff lunches are $3.00.

Q: Can I cancel a meal once the order has been placed?
A: Meals can be cancelled up until 7:30 a.m. the day for which the meals were ordered. After 7;30 am . all sales are final. (Example: Monday's lunch must be cancelled by Monday at 7:30 a.m.)  If a student becomes ill during school and leaves before lunch - the meal can be taken home to-go.


Q: How do I cancel a meal?
A: To cancel a meal, log in to your account. On the main page there is a "Meals Order" section there you will see a link that says "cancel" next to the days for which you have ordered. Click on this link and confirm that you would like to cancel this meal. A credit for the value of the meal(s) will be added to your account.

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: We have a "No Refund Policy".  Cancelled meals ( due to illness or family emergency ) will result in a credit on your school lunch account. This credit will automatically be applied to your next order.

Q: What if I have children in multiple grades?
A: When you add children to your account make sure you select the right grade for each child and update last year's information.

Q: What happens if  my child is sick?
A: If your child is out sick, please cancel your meal by 7:30 am on the day of the order.  This will automatically credit your account for the lunch price and transaction fee.

Q: What are the drink options with the meals?
A: All meals include your choice of 2% milk, Low-Fat Chocolate Milk,  Juice, or water.

Q: What is your privacy policy?
A: We will not sell or disclose any contact information submitted through our site to any third party. All personal information will be kept confidential. We will only use your contact information to correspond with you about important matters concerning our lunch program.
